Security Notice
Restricted system
This is a restricted internal system operated by 148 Detachment. Access is permitted only to authorised Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) who have been issued a login by the Detachment Commander.
By signing in you confirm that you are an authorised user and that you will use the system only for legitimate ACF administrative purposes.
Access is logged
All authentication attempts, successful logins, and significant actions within DMIS are logged. Logs are retained and may be reviewed by the Detachment Commander and authorised ACF staff.
Unauthorised access
Unauthorised access to, or misuse of, this system is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and may result in prosecution, as well as disciplinary action under the ACF's own administrative procedures.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and two-factor authentication device secure
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
- Lock or close your browser when you have finished using DMIS
- Report any suspected unauthorised access or security concern to the Detachment Commander immediately
- Do not attempt to access data beyond what you need for your role
Network access
DMIS is accessible only on the detachment's local area network (LAN). It is not intentionally accessible from the public internet. If you are able to access DMIS from outside the LAN, report this to the Detachment Commander as a potential security misconfiguration.
Reporting a security concern
